What counts as a brief update?
Each time DeerDawn updates your brief from a session — capturing what changed, what you decided, and your current task — that’s one update. No plan has a daily cap.
What’s the difference between Free and Founding Pro?
Free keeps one project’s brief with 7 days of history — ideal for trying DeerDawn or running a single project. Founding Pro adds up to 5 project briefs, 90-day history, automatic updates across your tools, and priority processing. Neither plan caps daily updates.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes: create a free account, add one MCP config to Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex — or connect Claude.ai/ChatGPT with no install — and your first brief is live. No card to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from billing in one click and you won’t be charged again. Checkout runs through Stripe; DeerDawn never sees your card details.
What happens to my briefs if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You return to Free limits (1 active workspace, 7-day history); any extra briefs stay on your account and come back the moment you upgrade. And you can export any brief at any time.
Do you support shared briefs across a team?
Shared briefs across more than one person aren’t part of the self-serve plans yet. If you need it, get in touch and we’ll make sure it fits your workflow.
Is my conversation content stored in the cloud?
No. Only the structured brief is stored — project, current task, decisions, open questions. Raw conversation text is processed to build the brief and then discarded, never retained. Your brief is exportable anytime.
